o 1948 - The first major reconstruction after the war was carried out in 1948 by Mrs. Ernő Honegger. Based on the plans of architect Tibor Szivessy, the existing apartment divisions were designed, as a result of which the inappropriate, elongated ventilation windows were placed on the north-eastern facade. At that time, war damage (street roof penetration, floor collapse) was also repaired, which meant rebuilding the roof form in a simplified form, leaving the roof form largely unchanged, mainly due to the destruction of the roof and its decorative elements. The reconstruction of the roof is evidenced by the fact that the elements of the deck chair were clearly made of building material demolished in several places.
